I want to exercise at home as money is very tight and therefore cant do gym or swimming thought would do DVD 3-4 times a week but get really bored all the DVD's Ive looked at are over an hour.

Davina does 30min ones which look great, anyone know or recommend others?

i have tried the 30-day shred (few threads about it on here) which tyakes 20 mins, and is pretty good, especially level 2 (haven't dared level 3 yet)

also found some '10-minute solutions' dvds on amazon. lots of different ones, but ihave a pilates one that has around 6 10-min sessions. very good, and easy to fit into the rare bit of spare time i can grab

Another vote for the 30 Day Shred. 20 minutes intense workout but in an a circuit training format so no one section is tooooo hard Hmm, even if your muscles are starting to scream towards the end of each section Grin

You can use cans instead of weights if money is tight. I'm just using 1kg weights and still struggle with most of the strength exercises (I'm only on Day 6 though) - lots of grimacing towards the end of the strength repititions.
