So I'm starting at the gym tomorrow. I've been using food focus for a while now and want to log my exercise - not so I can eat any extra calories, but so that I can feel saintly at the way they build up!
BUT I can find only 2 of my 3 chosen activities - swimming & rowing. What would people log x trainer / eliptical trainer as?
There is, of course, the possibility that it's there and I've totally missed it
