I just wanted to get a quick gage of opinion as I'm in 2 minds. Has anyone found that exercising throughout your pregnancy help you lose your baby weight quicker after you had given birth?

Did no exercising in pregnancy but breastfeeding really helps the pounds drop off. I could actually feel my tummy being sucked in while she guzzled. Also, I went on loads of LONG walks with DD in her pram in the first 6 months which made me lose loads (in fact too much) weight.
