Gaining weight with PCOS

Before I got pregnant I weighed 11st4 and I'm 5 foot. Was told that NHS would only help if I lost enough to get me below 30BMI.
I ended up loosing a bit and getting pregnant without clomid help.
During pregnancy I put on 12lbs. which i didn't think was too bad, however, instead of loosing weight since I have been gradually putting it on despite trying really hard to eat lettuce etc. Have even thought I might be pregnant again.
Very thirsty, need loo all the time, funny lump in my throat, feeling sick????
I have diabetes, thyroid and pituitary tumor in family.
Feel really upset as I'm really trying but with no success and feel that everyone must be thinking I'm just greedy/ lazy cow!
Blush
Any one know of anything similar?

Sorry, not quite clear. Do you know you have PCOS or are you thinking you might due to symptoms?

I was diagnosed with PCOS before DS1 but have nether been offered any treatment, but the weight issue seems to be getting worse.
