Just lost weight due to virus - how do I keep it off?

Hello,

I'm recovering from a really nasty bug. I had no appetite at all for a few days and have lost 6 pounds. Any suggestions to avoid putting it all back on again now I've broken my bad habits of big portions/snacking? (and hopefully lose some more a bit more slowly).

Many thanks :o)

The Paul Mckenna is one of the best IMO 'cos it is not a crash diet it changes yr attitude to food and so you can carry on with it. There's a thread on here you can join!

Keep up with your food changes.

BUT be prepared for at least half of it to go back on again within a day or two as the majority of it will be liquid. I constantly struggle with my weight and lost 10lbs in 5 days once with a bug. Had been losing weight for 6 months before that and it got me to goal and then some. However, within a fortnight it was back.

And let's face it, liquid is rather essential!

Thanks very much! A few days on and still not hungry - didn't fancy fudge in the office! So has been very easy to do the Paul M thing, I really like it.

Any other tips appreciated. I want this to be the last diet I ever do!

Thanks :)
