The world's best least-known diet

I've found what I believe to be the world's best diet and wanted to share it with fellow mumsnetters.

But first - I want you to guess what it is!

oh yeah, the invisalign diet...... I was fitted for those but wasn't a good candidate for some reason.

ds is due to get a brace fitted maybe I could pose as a 14 year old boy.

Oh, fantastic - am just waiting for my first set of invisalign . Pre-pregnancy size clothes here I come [hopeful]

I think invisalign are removable braces. These are fixed. If you're not a good candidate for invisalign (and I wasn't because they were too wonky) you'll almost certainly be able to have a fixed brace

It genuinely does work, though

And so what happens when braces are taken off?

So how much do these braces cost?
Sure healthy eating would be a better choice as the braces will have to come off one day.

so can you get something like that for dieting only??
And to the people saying not long term effective - I don't see how this is any different to a gastric band - your habits are forced to change, and presumably over time the new habits become ingrained. Just less drastic.

Have your face stapled. It worked for me!!!!!!
