I know there is a WW thread going, just thought it might be nice to put some recipe and meal ideas here. I constantly need inspiration and would love to know what others are eating, what they love eating etc.

Tonight I am having:
2 quorn sausages (1 point each)
2 hot dog buns (2 points each)
slow cooked balsamic onions (0)
squirt of ketchup (0)

TOTAL: 6 Points

A regular standby for me is:

Fish fingers (1 point each)
small tortilla wrap (2 points each)
salad
squirt of sweet chilli sauce

I have calorie free jelly and a small pot of Devon Low Fat custard every night (1.5 points).

My absolute favourite meal ever, was a recipe from Simply Suppers. It was braised steak with shallots and mushrooms. For only 3.5 points. Had it with loads of brocolli and a thick slice of fresh bread for an extra 2 points.

Suprisingly too, from Simply Suppers, the vegetable tagine, only 1.5 , had it with half a pouch of Tilda Basmati Microwave Rice (2.5 points). Not usually a fan of veggie dishes, but was very delicious and very filling.

Quite like having eggs too. 2 toasted crumpets, with 2 soft boiled eggs and half a small tin of baked beans (6 points)

My Taco Salad, was also very delicous:

500g extra lean beef mince
I packet Taco seasoning (or just add your own spices)
Onion
Red pepper
Tin sweetcorn

Saute onions and pepper in fry light, add mince, cook till brown. Add taco seasoning and some water (as much or as little as you want).

Simmer for a while till cooked.

Add tin sweetcorn.

This will make 4 portions (big portions). Perfect for freezing.

TOTAL: 4.5 points per serving.

I either have this with a free salad or half a pouch of basmati rice for an extra 2.5 points.

Very filling and very tasty

Wagamama style noodle soup - 6 points

chicken breast, fried on ridged pan in frylight spray and sliced (2.5 points)

Pack straight to wok noodles (3.5 points)
1 pint chicken stock or miso soup
2 spring onions, sliced
1/2 inch piece fresh ginger chopped into fine matchsticks
2 large handfuls beansprouts
oyster mushrooms
2 large handfuls spinach
soy sauce
chopped fresh chilli (optional)

Bring stock or soup to boil and add noodles, onion, ginger and mushrooms. Boil for 2 mins, add beansprouts and spinach off heat. Pour into massive bowl and season with soy and add as much chilli as you like. Arrange chicken on top. Just like a Wagamama ramen soup.
