I like low carbing, it is the most successful for me of all diets, BUT I never maintain them for long enough. Ive been dabbling with dukan and atkins for a while now. Overall I am lighter than I was last year but only by a few pounds and it doesnt take long for them to go back on. My siser has just been doing South Beach and has lost loads of weight (and she wasnt big to start with) I found with Atkins that I felt a bit too unhealthy eating lots of fat, cream, cheese etc. However, I do love that you can have chicken with skin on etc and find it satisfies me. I liked the fact that on Dukan you could have low fat yoghurts but after a while of doing it found that I hadnt really lost much weight. South Beach diet though...no yogurt yet you can have low fat cheese? SO for the past 5 days Ive sort of been doing a bit of all 3. Im eating mainly meat, eggs, green salad, green veg and low fat yoghurts, but if I feel like Im craving a bit then I have a bit of slightly fattier meat and maybe some tomatoes. Will this work do you think or is it silly. Im getting confused over what I can do and not do!!

IMO you do what suits you; we are all different, maybe if you also followed Paul Mckenna you'd do really well. Good luck!
