I borrowed the Anna Richardson Body Blitz diet book from the library yesterday and read it last night. It looks really good, a sensible, healthy approach to losing weight and I'm going to give it a go. I just wondered if anyone had tried it?
I weighed myself this morning and I'm at my heaviest weight ever!!!
I've managed to put 5 lbs on over the last 5 weeks of the school holiday. My scales also work out my BMI and I'm now in the obese category. This has really shocked me and I've got to do something about it. I'm 'growing out' of my clothes and certainly don't want to have to buy bigger sizes. I'm aiming to lose 3 stone in total, which will put me in the middle of the healthy BMI range for my height.
