Ok a couple of months ago I managed to lose hlaf a stone on the 'Lose a stone with Cod' thread.
Since then though I have put it all back on and a bit more
I want to lose a stone and keep it off.
So starting tommorow I am going to try and be good. No more cakes, bicuits etc.
Will post here what i've had and so feel free to tell me i am still eating too much or whatever.
