My baby ds starts school next week and as this will be the first time I haven't had a dc at home for nearly 9 yrs I thought I'd distract myself make the most of the opportunity to get fit and focus on eating well.
I'm going to be eating mostly low GI foods with a focus on low fat protein and veggies plus some carbs, and I'm lucky in that I have time each morning to work out before starting work so have some DVDs lined up.
I don't know if anyone fancies joining me?
