Need to lose half a stone and I can't afford gym so need some hi engergy dvds to work out to.

Is zumba any good.

More importantly do they work on blu ray machines - ust got a blu ray and I'm finding alot of my current dvds don't work (as my old dvd was multiregion) and I don't know how blu ray regions work.

Any help?

My mum does Zumba and loves it. Her teacher has lost something like 4 stone purely from Zumba.

If you go on YouTube they have loads of Zumba routines there, so you dont really need to buy the DVD, or at least you can try it out first.

My mum does Zumba Gold which is basically a slowed down version for older people, so you should be able to find a few easier routines to start you off on YouTube because I know she sometimes uses it.

Hi, I don't have the DVD but I go to Zumba twice a week - absolutely love it and leaves me out of breath and smiling after every dance despite being quite fit. This is my Zumba class doing one of my favourite dances. Sorry can't be bothered making the link look nice:)

Cool guys I'll take a look.

I was super fit prior to ds - but it's now been almost 5 years and I struggle to do anything.

Was hoping to raise enough cash to rejoin gym (my favourite thing) as ds is starting school - but can't - so dvd's are the way forward for me.

Right - to the links!
