I have bought mbt shoes in an attempt to shape up while going on walks with the dc. while I can feel muscles working esp. in my lower back, they are really uncomfortable and therefore I don*t wear them very often.
I instead do active walking, e.g. watching my posture and using as many muscles as I can when walking. so I start to think they were not that good a buy as I was hoping for.
any others have the same experience?
