Ah thanks Joby1970, i'm concerned this morning that my scales are actually wrong and i weigh more as they showed totally different this morning, not just a pound or 2?
..so am getting back to the gym in the morning, got day off, mum is having dd for an hour and am going to work my (fat) backside off 
i AM devastated that i put nearly a stone back on again
, i said when i lost the 3stone that id never eat that way again but obv it was the reductil and not me that was stopping me eating
..now theyve been taken off the market its cold turkey with everyone else 
im very unhappy in myself being this size, im still 16/18 and am pleased at that as i was 22/24, but the clothes are getting tight now and i always said i would NEVER buy bigger sizes again.
im approx 14 stone 12lbs and want to be 12st, at my lowest i was 14st, that was 2 years ago.
Ill pop over to your thread when i get a bit longer, thanks for your tips, am going shopping tonight so am trying to buy lots of fresh stuff and make more casseroles, dinners etc things with plenty of veg.
Another prob i have is i used to eat/enjoy lots of carbs when i did slimming world, but now i seem to have developed an intolerance for 'white' foods like new potatoes, white rice, white pasta etc!?...have converted to wholemeal pasta, but love my spuds!?
