Cos I'm somewhat addicted to the cheese and chive flavour... Blush

Sour Cream & chive - are those it? Fat 7.6g per 100g, 413kcal per 100g

Compared to Twigletts - Fat: 12.5g per 100g, 388kcal per 100g.

So does that mean they are better than Twigletts, as less fat?

How do you know what's better?

encyclogirl · 17/08/2010 22:40

That's them. I have a 30g bag as part of my lunch a couple of times a week. I really look forward to them and they keep me sane, but if they're sabotaging me I'll go without.

Crisps of all kinds have been my downfall in tthe past, but I thought I found a good compromise with these...

I never think of Twiglets. Hmmmm....

Think it depends what diet you're following doesn't it?
And what you mean by "addicted to" = how many packets are you eating at once?

encyclogirl · 17/08/2010 23:08

Well I only eat them 2-3 a week, but I think of them all the time. Crisps of all kind are my Kryptonite, but I felt this was a decent compromise.

With twigletts I buy the big pack and divide it up into small plastic tubs with clip lids. A tub holds about 20g of twigletts. That way I can't eat very much of them. Must be better than having a packet of Quavers, though probably not that much better.
