Hi I am looking to loose at least 20 lbs but i have no idea how i am going to do this.
Obviously no more sweets, crisps, choco or takeaways.
But i am really crap, my will power is like non exsitant, which is why i am stil smoking also.
Is anyone else dieting or wanting to start, that wants to join me and lose weight together.
We can share tips, swap recipes and have a weekly weigh in to keep us motivated
