... because mine seems to have evaporated over the last year. I have always been able to lose weight when I've put my mind to it in the past but I've been trying (and failing) on and off for months now. I could really do with losing 2 stone but, tbh, I'm struggling to even shift a few pounds at the moment. Weekends are an issue for me - even if I'm disciplined and lose weight during the week, it all goes back on by Monday.
I have a healthy lifestyle, I run and cycle and my diet is essentially healthy, it's just that I like my food (eat too much) and have a sweet tooth to boot.
Would love to know if anyone has any success stories/tips of what finally got them on track ...
