Hi all.

This is my big attempt at weight loss. I weigh the most I've ever weighed in my life and it's sickening. Anyone want to join me in food diaries each day, weigh ins each week and A LOT OF MORAL SUPPORT??

I'm finding this very hard. I've had 2 kids in 2 years. Now 2 and 6 months. I previously lost 5 stone in the past but this was through cutting out wheat and dairy and I don't want to do that this time.

Anyone ready to take the leap with me? I want to lose 6 stone!! (2.5 stone by xmas).

I've actually just started a food diary (yesterday). I will write it. I want to lose about 3.5 stone asap.
Did the cambridge diet a couple of years ago and lost 2.5 stone but it made me ill and my hair fell out a bit!

Brekkie - 45g nut museli with coconut yoghurt
- 4 strawbs/1 small banana
- cup of tea

Lunch (at mum's)

- 1 salami/tomato sandwich
- handful kettle crisps
- 1 x petit filous
- cup of tea

Dinner - prawn courgettes pepper & mushroom stir fry with sweet n sour sauce

Snacks - 1 fruit smoothie
- 3 cherry toms
- 3 x bite size shredded wheats
- handful grapes
- cup of tea
- lots of sugar free weak squash

today
brekkie - 1 small bowl frosties and milk
- cup of tea
- half pot tomato/lentil soup + watercress on top
- cup tea, cup coffee, fruit smoothie

dinner - potato & cottage cheese mash
- dusted haddock
- peas and corn

snacks - handful pine nuts
- handful sultanas
- peaches and 1/2 fat creme fraiche
- cup tea

that looks a lot doesn't it but notice the lack of processed carbs? How long can I keep it up????
Have to say, the bite sized shredded wheats are great for stopping hunger pangs if you only have 3.

How did you go TAUP?
