Have looked on the web site, but found it a bit confusing!!

its total food abstinacen for 100days. you buy 21 meal packs for £46.50, drink 4litres of water a day, and thats it. its hard going, but i lost a stone in 2weeks. in week two you can have 1 bar a day instead of a soup/shake, and can also add water flavours and have 2 savoury drinks a day. It a very low calorie diet, you need to get your gp to sign a form saying you are well to do it and you need to be 3stone or more overweight.

Thanks

Have just ready the other thread.

Don't think I could do it (or afford it!!)

But would be nice to lose weight that quickly!!

tbh the cost is probably what i spent on overeating during the week anyway. the only thing is i have this urge to cook.

anniebear · 25/08/2005 15:27

what if you do the 14 weeks and then leave? Can you do that? or will you have to pay them something?

they put you ontoday management to help identify your food triggers (mine would be carbs arther than chocolate or alcohol), then teach you how to manage your weight. but some people go onto weigthwatchers afterwards to learn about food there as its cheaper.

anniebear · 25/08/2005 15:32

so you could just leave after 14 weeks then?

What if you wanted to give up after 4 weeks (not sounding very positive am I?!! lol !!!!)

Do you just pay weekly or have to contine to pay for the 14 weeks?

How is Peter Misdee? Have read about his illness on the other section

Thanks

you can give up if you want, loyts of people leave, but i am planning to get back on it next week and see it through for 100days.
