Hi!
Just joined SW today - all sounds great apart from - well, you suppose to be cooking/eating at home for it to work best...
What do you do if you work all week? We have a really nice canteen and none of us id bringing home food or buys stuff outside, so if I came with my containers I would stick out like a sore thumb... But may be there are tips/tricks I haven't thought of?

what foods do they offer

do they do jacket potatoes, soups or salads?

me4sunny · 07/08/2010 20:36

they offer soups but they don't right down brands, so not sure how to calculate syns; jacket potatoes, beans, cheese, fresh salad bar, poached fish (without sides these I can pick myself)
I really like the soups, as they fill me so nicely, but not sure how to go about it...

I would judge as best you can - make sure it's not 'cream of' etc and maybe don't have everyday just to be safe.

but the other choices jacket pots, beans, salad and fish (apart from the cheese obviously) are all free so you can have as much as you like of it all - so tuck in!
