How much weight would you guess a person might gain on a two week holiday to Portugal if they were swimming every day and eating fish and salads, lean meat and salads fruit etc for breakfast.
Obviously enjoying a few glasses of wine most nights. But generally being careful and making sure they kept up some exercise.
Im asking as Im off on holiday soon and am getting married 12 days after I return. The dress I have must fit me when I get back....
So what do you reckon?
