Just need a moan i think ...

I am on Weight watchers and have lost 11.5 pounds in 10 weeks. Nothing fits me anymore, and it feels pretty good!!

But over the past couple of weeks my weight loss has stalled. Totally.

Last week I put on half a pound, and this week I have lost nothing.

I follow the points regime rigidly, sticking to my 21 points day in day out. If I go a couple of points over, then I take them off the next day.

I just don't get it. When I get weighed I feel really pissed off, and it looks like I haven't done the diet properly.

I cant really exercise a lot as I have back problems so cant walk far etc. I try to keep moving and with an active 5 year old, this isn't very difficult!

Any ideas? Will it shift? or have I hit my plateau? (I need to lose at least another 1.5st)

i found if you have a chippy meal, iknow sound it sounds odd,and i dont mean a load of stuff, say a chicken fried rice, just the once, this seems to get me going and then i get back on the plan,a few friends say the same, maybe the fat content moves things to get your metabolism moving.

Also try varying what you eat,as the same things sometimes dont help.good luck you are doing so well.
