I used to do the get ripped and energize dvd's but I've just noticed on another thread that there is a whole host of more recent DVD's including an ab specific one which I'm quite interested in.

Has anyone tried these new ones - are they worth buying or are the old ones just as good and should I get them out and dust them off?

I adore Billy Blanks. He is a lovely muscular shouty man. I think the Energise DVD is the best TBH. Abs and Glutes knackered my neck. I used to do a lot of Taebo pre-DS when I was a lot fitter and it can be quite hardcore. I got a lot of mine on ebay. If you still have a video player you can get the vids very cheap and they are definitely worth getting. All are good, but the reps are too quick on the Abs and Glutes IMO and you don't get the full benefit of the movement.

You can get a box set of his workouts from Amazon - is a v hardcore work out but good. Agree can be difficult to follow the abs reps.
