Has anyone tried Appesat?

Need to shift 5kg of baby weight and have just stopped breastfeeding. Still feel hungry the whole time though, and can't stop myself eating everything I can get my hands on as per the past 15 months, through pregnancy and BFing. Keep going into Boots and sidling over to the boxes of Appesat but at £30 for 5 days' supply, is it worth it?

Not tried it but that doesn't sound worth it to me even if it works.

The best tip for keeping hunger at bay is cheap-o - drink loads of water (boring but true) I often feel hungry when I'm actually thirsty.

I'm four months down the baby weight loss road, just eating less and moving around more and at 1lb a week it's slow but it's working.

I have just bought Appesat, so far so good.

However, I got it from chemistdirect, so much cheaper and arrived the next day!!
