Weight Watchers family recipes and bf and semi skimmed milk...

I am just starting ww again, I have a 15 month old, so I want some recipes that aren't too low fat for her and are ok for me.

I still do a morning breastfeed, so I am counting myself as still breastfeeding (the lower points one obviously), although we'll have to see if i actually lose weight!

The recipes don't have to be too low in points, especially if I'm still counted as breastfeeding... I started to point the macaroni cheese I make and it's looking like it's 9/10 points because i use full fat cheese and whole milk.

Anyone know when I can switch to semi skimmed milk in cooking? I assume it's probably after 2, like with milk drinks.

avoid cheese if on ww - you get far too less for far too many points

yes you can cook with skim milk if you want, let alone semi,as long as dd is still getting calcium from other milk products such as yogs/green leafy veg etc

how about a tuna pasta bake, with a white sauce for you and add cheese for dd on top

chicken and roasted veg/rice/cous cous

lean mince to make spag bol/shepheds pie/chilli etc
