Hiya all. Have joined Weight watchers online (can't make it to the meetings).
DS is 22 mo. Still breastfeeds at bedtime. I know it's not a foolproof indicator but if I'm not able to feed he takes approx half pint of cow milk instead. WW say that my daily allowance is 27 points because I'm a bfing mother. Have been doing it for about a fortnight. Lost 4lbs in first week and looks similar this week. Been able to manage on 23-24 points per day without any major probs/cravings. Inadvertently only ate 18 points on one day and was ravenous the next.
So:
- Do I really count as BFing for WW purposes?
- I'm veggie-quarian (eat fish) - do I have to limit the amount of oily fish I eat (it's an easy way of getting protein but I know there's something about it that I've forgotten).
