After afew stressful weeks and far too much alcohol, and sweet things, I am feeling decidely bloated and unhealthly. Would love to lose afew pounds before my holiday in 4 weeks, and was flicking through the Anna Ricahrdson book (bought in January - never tried!), and wondered if this diet was what I needed. Has anyone tried it? was it a success or pure hell? And did you put the weight on as soon as you finished the diet? Would love to know thanks xx
