I've just put on the half stone I lost!

Im looking for low fat/cal dinner ideas for myself.

So far I have fish in batter (250 cal) with side salad

Packet of cauliflower in cheese sauce (about 200 cal) with either baked potato or fancy bread.

Beans on wholemeal toast.

Homemade soup with fancy bread.

I can cook, but am too damnlazy pushed for time

Have u tried the slimfast shake morning and lunch then 600 cal dinner and two snacks in between?

I know not everyone likes those shakes, but It worked for me...2 years on and I haven't put the weight back on.

Or google rosemary conely reciepes - they are very good.

don't think I could do a milkshake tbh.
Im really not into recipes unless im cooking for someone else, just something that can be thrown together very quickly.

chicken with stir fry veg? You can buy straight to wok noodles.you do have to cook it but takes no longer than beans on toast.

What about those steamed fish things that come in a bag that you bake - healthier than fish in batter?

Low fat sausages with jacket potatoes - bung both in oven for about an hour (cover sausages with foil) and serve with beans - healthy, low fat and almost no effort. We have this a lot as I have an automatic setting on my oven, lovely to walk into the smell and takes about 2 mins to prepare in morning.

What about a slow cooker? I make a veg chilli in mine, can of toms, can of baked beans, can of kidney/butter beans or chick peas. Pinch of chilli powder, frozen chooped onions and lazy garlic and again takes 2 mins in morning and is ready when I get home from work.

oven baked 'stir-fry'
chuck a pack of bean sprouts, some sliced mushrooms and a sliced pak choy into a shallow oven dish or tray. Sprinkle on some soy sauce and chilli flakes.
Put a couple of chicken breasts/ turkey steaks/ pork fillet into another oven tray .
stick both trays into the oven for as long as it takes to cook the meat . ( The meat could go in 15 mins before the veg if breasts particularly large ) (Obv the chicken's not yours)
Slice meat and serve on top of bean sprouts/veg.
The mushroom juice mixes with the soy sauce and chilli and makes a lovely sauce.
It has taken me much longer to write this than it takes to make dish btw
