I have just started looking into this.
I have a lot to lose, at least 5 stone, so I thought WLI might give me a good start.

But I looked on Boots website and it seems to start from £180 a month and increases as you up the dose.
Is this right?

Is this what everyone is paying?

There is no way on earth I could ever afford that.
Or did I read the information incorrectly?

I pay £113/month for mine (from a registered online pharmacy). I'm 11 months in and still on 2.5mg. I've lost 8 stone (started at 19 stone 9 last may and am now 11 stone 9). I have had a couple of breaks in the year for a holiday and xmas - but pretty much lost consistently the whole time otherwise.

There is always a discount code and if I can't find one I just message them and say I'm having to move elsewhere as its cheaper and they soon price match. £113/month works out to £26/week and for me I absolutely save that (and much much more) on food. I was a binge eater though and could easily spend £15/£20 a day on snacks and drinks plus takeaway food most days. I eat much less now of course, but also rarely buy pre-packaged anything now so am definitely better off financially.

I think I've been lucky that I've responded so well to 2.5mg and never needed to increase but absolutely would pay more if necessary as I think I'd still be financially better off than before when I was eating all sorts.

I'm going to start noting how much money on spend on food, then re-evaluate in a month.

Tbh, I know I managed to save about £3k on crap (takeaways, meals out, booze, snacks) in my first year because I paid off my credit card..... Plus I was paying for the injections albeit they were cheaper at that point.

I'm still about breaking even now even with the insane prices for 15mg currently.
