@user1457605533 when I went back on with Pharmulous they would supply at 2.5mg with proof of use within the last year, depending on BMI etc. Hopefully, some of the maintainers who have recently switched to Swift Doctor will let you know what there policy is. Have you looked at the Monj maintainers list? You might just have to do a bit of applying and see how you go.

Swapping from Pharmulous. Swift Doctor allows 8 week gap, Lotus and Medicine Market Place both good first time offers...currently BMI 25, so not even maintaining at the moment. Not sure which one to choose?

1st September and Autumn is here, so I thought I'd check in to see how everyone is doing.

I'm bobbling along. I'm at the top end of my zone of tolerance at the moment, so will be having a few weeks of restraint until I drop back down again. I've done my first order with Lotus and that went well. Will be looking to order again after 7 weeks, so let's see how they are with that.

I’m another one working through my stash. I’m taking 5mg from 15mg pens, but the final two doses of last pen really don’t seem to have hit the spot.

I have been really hungry, so I injected 7.5 as the final jab from the pen on Saturday but I’m still ravenous.

Has anyone else experienced this? I’m wondering if the medication has lost its potency/efficacy as it’s been open too long.

@Zempy how long has it been open? I do think that there is a loss of efficacy eventually. I had a pen that I was using and then I stopped for a while and I went back to it, so it would have been open for more than two months and it didn't feel like it was having the same effect. I believe the peptide does degrade over time and after opening. When I used the new pen, it felt back to normal again - if that makes sense.

Thanks. It’s a 15mg pen with five doses that I have been taking 5 to 6mg from so I guess I have used it for 14 weeks approximately, maybe longer. Oops!

I am really careful about sterile conditions and keeping it in the fridge but I think I have pushed my luck to far with the deterioration of the product itself.

Hopefully it will be resolved when I start a new pen this weekend.

All good here @MargoLivebetter I’m glad to hear you got a supplier sorted! I took my last dose of 2.5mg on Saturday, and then it’s time to see how I get on. I have been reducing my dose and extending the days between for the last 4/5 months and I am feeling ready! It will be 1 year since starting on the 11th Sep which has flown by. The change in me physically and mentally is unreal. I have had such an amazing experience and loved learning about nutrition and health so much so that I have changed my career path and now studying towards a nutritionalist qualification. 🥳

I’m entrigued about the price drop - wouid make things much easier

@Atalosswhat2do that sounds fantastic. I love that you are training to get a nutrition qualification. How long does that take? Go you!

I'm intrigued too @Blondeshavemorefun but also slightly sceptical. I have a feeling it might be one supplier looking at ways of getting longer-term loyalty by offering a price drop to subscribers on a kind of membership deal, but I hope there is more to it than that.

On the list think medicine marketplace was originally 248 and now just less £200 for a 10. No bundles needed

So I’m tentatively going to join you on this maintenance thread. Started last Aug and have lost just a pound off 4 stone. I’ve been following the maintenance threads since I started as I like to be prepared!
Originally started with voy then hopped around a bit now with Pharmulous because I wanted to prepare for maintenance.
However the recent offers on monj look tempting and I have considered swift so I’m interested in peoples experiences.
If I’m honest I’d like another half a stone at least off but I’ve been this weight for a couple of months now and definitely have stalled.
Im refocusing to see if I can drop a bit but if not just want to be able to maintain and not go up.
Currently on 10mg and have been for two months, would consider a move up but also it makes the comedown that little bit harder so not sure yet.
I would love to be off completely but the longer my journey goes on the more I realise I will stay on for longer than planned.

Welcome @LaGioiosanotLeviosa - congratulations on what you have lost so far. I hope you are feeling very pleased with yourself 😊. Lots of varied experiences on here to give you ideas and options to consider.

Is it only one pharmacy offering cheaper prices?

ouahk Sent an email about price reductions but it wasn’t really a price reduction just longer maintenance plans.

@FurForksSake I think it is only Medicine Market Place at the moment. It is also an offer with some caveats. So although it isn't a subscription offer, to get the recurring low price you have to re-order ever 35 days. Here is the cut and paste from Monj:

"This price uses the provider's current repeat customer offer. It is not a subscription and nothing recurs automatically, but at checkout you are asked to tick an agreement to place your next order within 35 days in order to keep the discounted rate. Orders placed after 35 days return to standard pricing, so the price you see here applies to the first order and to reorders made inside that window."

Hi everyone, just checking in but not much to report. I’m still maintaining. I’m taking 1.25mg once a week and weight is steady at 10st 3 lb despite summer holidays etc. I have stopped weighing myself every day as it was really stressing me out - i’m now weighing once a week on injection day and so far so good. I didn’t actually jab yesterday because I don’t feel like I need to. But every time I’ve stretched the dose out before I’ve gained a couple of pounds despite not feeling like I’m more hungry or eating more. Maybe it’s inflammation/ water or maybe coincidence - I don’t know. Will see how I get on this week…

I’ve also realised that I’ve now been at below my original goal weight of 10st 7 lb for over a year now which is amazing!

My marathon is a couple of weeks away and I’m hoping to run a decent time. I have a lot of anxiety around the carb load and weight fluctuations over that period - I may just need to step away from the scales entirely until the race is over with.

Hope everyone else is doing well. It’s quiet on here these days and I’m not spending much time on the boards now as I feel quite disconnected from the MJ world! I kind of wish I could stop taking it entirely but I’m not confident to take that step just yet.

@Incognitoburrito88 so glad to hear that all is going well for you. GLPs do have an effect on insulin and glucagon, so it could be that short term gains when we come off or stretch out doses are to do with water weight and glucagon storage.

I can't see myself coming off any time soon either. I've tried twice and it has not been a success. Not because I've gained a load of weight, but because the food noise has driven me nuts. I've resigned myself to staying on for the time being. At some point I might consider moving to tablets, but I'm ok on the MJ for now.

Good luck with the marathon. Try not to overthink any fluctuations in weight either side of it. You've been at a stable weight for long enough now to know that you can maintain well when you are not doing mad stuff like running miles and miles and miles! Let us know how it goes.

It hasn't arrived yet. Been approved and dispatched. Suspect they will be super busy due to price. To get the best price you have to order every 35 days.
