@user1457605533 when I went back on with Pharmulous they would supply at 2.5mg with proof of use within the last year, depending on BMI etc. Hopefully, some of the maintainers who have recently switched to Swift Doctor will let you know what there policy is. Have you looked at the Monj maintainers list? You might just have to do a bit of applying and see how you go.

Swapping from Pharmulous. Swift Doctor allows 8 week gap, Lotus and Medicine Market Place both good first time offers...currently BMI 25, so not even maintaining at the moment. Not sure which one to choose?
