Small magnesium tablets? Anyone?

I keep reading good things about magnesium for constipation and sleep but I’ve ordered 3 different brands from Amazon now and they’ve all been too big for me to swallow.

Has anyone bought any that are normal (paracetamol sized?) pills please? If so please link!

Yes, the Smug one is the shinier, slightly larger capsule and the oblong tablet next to it is a paracetamol for comparison.
