I’ve been on MJ since May. Started out with a bmi of 30 and 4 stone to lose. At first it was a breeze, I had minimal side-effects and good appetite suppression and I lost weight pretty quickly. I started on 2.5mg and increased every couple of months, I’m now on 10mg and have been for 6 weeks. However since I went up to 7.5 (which I was only on for a month before going up to 10) I’ve felt it’s become less and less effective. Going up to 10 made no difference and now I feel like I have an almost normal appetite. I’ve lost 3 stone but my weight stayed the same for about 2 months and in the last month I’ve put on about 4lbs. I’m planning on going up to 12.5 on the next order but I don’t think it’ll make much difference as the last increase didn’t. Has anyone else experienced this? What did you do? Did you find 12.5 or 15 to be effective if 10 wasn’t?

That’s interesting. I do need to up my exercise. Life has thrown a load of grenades over the past few months, but I am able to step up a bit now.
I inject a half dose every four days, but it hasn’t changed much. I do eat pretty cleanly in general.

@KrankyKumquat great to know that a low dose is effective in maintaining, I'm currently on 10mg, will stay on that until I lose the other 3st, then start to reduce. Thanks for replying
