Life long problem….see hygienist every 3 months at £90 a pop - just noticed they don’t bleed anymore - must be inflammation getting sorted? I have also been doing intermittent fasting so could be that also?

Yes, my gym disease has massively improved. It’s a revelation. My dentist is astonished.

My ADHD is quieter.
And thanks to the PP I have realised my elbows are soft and smooth!

i noticed the other day how smooth and soft my elbows were but hadn’t put it down to the MJ! Mind blown!

Menopausal hot flushes completely gone (from the very first dose so not just because of weight loss).

My joints have never felt so good. I've not had to take painkillers since I started. My brain fog has gone and my PMLE (sun allergy) has not made an appearance despite it being unseasonably sunny here this summer. Oh and my husband says I'm a lot calmer!

My long covid has definitely improved. Most days are good days and I have even been swimming regularly - haven't been able to do that for four years. Don't wake up in pain either (fibro I assume, linked to LC).

I'm near my goal weight though and feel scared of going back to how I felt before - really not sure what to do.

HeidiNotSoHeavy · 18/08/2025 15:26

@WitchesofPainswick I'm at/near my goal, in maintenance, so will titrate down but not planning to go totally off any time soon. Maybe microdosing will be sufficient to also keep all the other benefits.

I hear you on the elbows- what’s that all about? 😁
Plantar fasciitis- gone
IBS since teen years- gone
Indigestion- gone
Daily headaches needing paracetamol- gone

Yes! I started a thread on this about 3/4 months ago. Periodontal disease very much calm now. Had it for 20 odd years which I’ve managed ok ish with quarterly visits. It’s great. I do wonder what will happen if I stop eventually. Will it be reduced or come back with a vengeance?
