I’m not focussing on calories, and instead just trying to hit protein, fibre and water goals each day.
I’m trying to weigh monthly when I order my new pen (rather than daily/weekly), to help me see progress over a month because I was getting hung up on only losing a pound a particular week and berating myself.
I also use smart weighing scales which measure the body’s fat/muscle/water etc, (£25 from Argos), so even if I haven’t lost much weight, I can see progress and achievements in other ways.
I used H&B’s protein calculator to work out how much I need to eat each day based on my height, weight and activity levels;

For constipation, I try and eat 30g of fibre each day. I also have 3 teaspoons of inulin syrup in my morning yogurt. It’s from chicory root. It helps sweeten the yogurt and is 3g of fibre per teaspoon. it’s a prebiotic so feeds your healthy bacteria so great for gut health. Start small and build up to allow your body to get used to it. You will fart loads initially so start at the weekend when you can fart in peace in the comfort of your own home.

Again, to avoid constipation, I also mix a teaspoon of chia seeds into my morning yogurt each day. Soak them for at least 30 mins before eating in yogurt/milk otherwise you will get blocked!
An easy protein win for me is I have 30g of collagen in my morning coffee and this is 30g of protein. My skin and hair look great too.
I take a bottle of water upstairs at night and drink this as soon as I wake up. Helps me work towards my water intake goals before my day has even started.
I take multi vitamins and a biotin supplement to prevent hair loss.
I also do strength training using an app called Fitbod. It’s £100 for the year - you input what equipment you have at home (if any), what you want to achieve, how many times a week you want to exercise, how long for, whether cardio/strength etc and it puts together workouts, progressively making it harder as you get fitter. It will also do body weight only exercises if you don’t have any equipment. It gives you video demonstrations of each exercise so you can see what you’re supposed to be doing. Much cheaper than a gym membership or a personal trainer. It’s the only exercise program that I enjoy and have stuck with. If any exercises are too hard, you can replace them and ask it not to suggest it again.
