Not been able to go for 2 days. I took a laxido last night to no effect. While on WLI, do you struggle with this and if so, what works for you?

Urgh…this issue is back! Not been again for 2 days (today is day 3) and I’ve so far had a laxido last night and the night before (to no avail). It feels like I want to go so I get the belly stirrings (for want of a better term) but when I go to the loo, nada. Has anyone tried suppositories?

And yes, I’m drinking lots (2-3lts a day) and last night had a good 25 min walk to see if that could move things. I’ve just had a strong coffee and a bit of prune juice. I’ve got a big meeting today so I can’t take the risk of overdoing it and going the other way. However I’m working from home tomorrow so am tempted to try a suppository tonight and see how I get on.

In my experience suppositories work much quicker than overnight. In like 25 mins!

Go to boots and get the boots own brand glycerin suppositories. They don't give you stomach ache like the dulcolax ones and should work within half an hour. Total game changer.
