Help. I had been counting the clicks on a 12.5mg pen as after I ordered it I felt the 10 was still working .

So used and insulin syringe for last magic dose and drew up 0.7ml. There's obviously been a bit left over and only realised that in the 12.5mg pen it should have been 0.6ml. So ive taken more than that. 14.5mg from 10mg

Fuck.

What do I do ?

The golden dose is always 7/8 and I just take it all. Never had any issues at all and think of it as a nice boost at the end of the month. I’ve been on the same dose for several months and it’s fine going back to standard dose next time too.

Don't forget that just going up from 2.5 to 5mg is doubling the dose. That's usually why lots of people struggle with that transition. You are only going up a fraction of that in percentage terms so your body is already used to a high dose.

I think thats what was worrying me. I remember going up to 3.75 first before doing 5mg
