Hi all. Sorry I’ve been a bit MIA recently! Just life being busy but I’ve been keeping up with all your posts quietly! Well done to all the losses STS AND NSVS. I maintained this week (well again technically lost as my kg weight is lower but I only track each kg if that makes sense!)

anyway, I’ve been away this weekend and as when I went to pack realised a few of my 12s are actually to big now!

I brought lots of shorts and summer outfits this weekend (praying for some sunshine soon!) and unbelievably they’re all either in small or a size 10. So surreal! This time last year I was a 18-20!! The tens aren’t even slightly small they fit lovely and from a wide range of shops. Definitely a pinch me moment ☺️

got a dominos tonight as I’ve been away all weekend and wanted to get the kids a treat and I don’t have any food in as I haven’t been shopping yet! and it’s what they wanted… I ordered one as it was in the deal (usually I don’t bother) I only managed 2 slices so definitely wasn’t worth it but I enjoyed those two slices to I suppose thats the main thing!! 🍕🍕

owlyboo · 23/03/2025 17:54

Oh and @Blondeshavemorefunor anyone else that’s in the know. I want to go down to 12.5 for my next two injections from my 15mg pen how many clicks is that please? Thanks in advance

Blondeshavemorefun · 23/03/2025 18:55

@poppym12mine is a large one so not full but when it is as I’ve had injections before for dvt - council pick them up if you ask them

@owlybootho 1/2 a kg is a lb so still worth of a mention

pah at 12 too big

meh

well done

jealous lol 😘

2 slices is good as means you had. Enjoyed. Didn’t overeat

10/15 is 40c
2.5/15 is 10c

so 50c is 12.5/15

owlyboo · 23/03/2025 19:14

@Blondeshavemorefun yes 12 being to big is very pah! It’s not all of them and they’re only baggy not falling off don’t worry! But also remember we’re almost the same height (you’re taller therefore technically can weigh more) so I’m sure your goal will get you that magical 12 you crave!!

Thanks for the clicks info! I shall get counting on Tuesday!

Blondeshavemorefun · 23/03/2025 19:40

One hopes @owlyboo. It did when I was 30 - size 12 and 11s

maybe it won’t at almost 52

owlyboo · 23/03/2025 19:41

PoemsForTea · 23/03/2025 19:51

Well done Losers 👏

A 12 is much bigger now than 20 odd years ago @Blondeshavemorefun, so you'll be fine. You might even end up in a 10, who knows?

I'm back in one pair of size 10 trousers, but the contents of the trousers are not distributed in the way they used to be! 😀😣

weaselyeyes · 23/03/2025 19:59

Lovely to see your photo of your dog @PoemsForTea

Blondeshavemorefun · 23/03/2025 20:58

Bless you @owlyboo but I’m still porky naked. Not a good /nice sight !!

@PoemsForTea well done for sts and bless your woofa

if this is true @weaselyeyes then why can’t I get into my old clothes of 16

its my bloody thighs

a lot of inches had better go with this last stone and a bit !!!

I think everyone feels like that naked @Blondeshavemorefun you’re not alone!

SilverSprings510 · 23/03/2025 21:24

If anyone is looking for easy teas, marksies do these pizza flatbread things, I get the spicy chicken one and it’s only 398 cals! They’re great for when I need an easy dinner. Just thought I’d share!

1SillySossij · 23/03/2025 21:44

Do you ever have random weeks where the suppression is just poor for no explicable reason,. I sometimes do and then the next week it's good again. I do. I wonder why?

Blondeshavemorefun · 23/03/2025 21:58

Tbh @1SillySossij I rarely get suppression

I was considering going up to 15mg this month, but my supplier Oushk were out of stock k First time I have come across any dose not in stock

WorriedRelative · 24/03/2025 08:43

Jab day today and I weighed in with a new low, first time below 82kg since 2015! That puts me below 13st too!

BMI of 27.5

Weepixie · 24/03/2025 08:55

I’ve had so little suppression that I’d actually forgotten we should have it until a few weeks ago and it’s taken to getting to 10 before I’ve occasionally experienced it. It’s been mental gymnastics for me since day 1 but I’m so pleased I’ve managed to practice will power.

I’ve lost 0.5kg this week which is 1.7kg over the last 4 weeks - still below the lower limit of what they say is the minimum average over 4 weeks of 1.8kgs. But at least I’m almost making it.

MabelSpan · 24/03/2025 09:15

Hi Everyone!

@owlyboo Congrats on size 12!!!

@PoemsForTea Sending snuggles to your lovely girl

@WorriedRelative Well done on your new low!

@Blondeshavemorefun I am the same, I just cant see the difference in my body, despite my 4st+ loss, 3 dress sizes down and all the inches that my tape measure cant find anymore! I guess in time I will see it...but not yet, no way.

MabelSpan · 24/03/2025 09:16

@Weepixie You are doing great, well done on your loss😊

Really ? I ordered from them no problem last week with a 15

tho tried a new supplier and they only had 15 for current customers

OP posts:
Blondeshavemorefun · 24/03/2025 09:32

Actually thinking about it. I didn’t go with Ousch. I was going to last week but their pen at almost 200 was too much so went back to iq who sent me another 15

but Ousch had then in stock but a new company who was going to be very cheap said only had 15 for current customers

OP posts:
Blondeshavemorefun · 24/03/2025 09:35

Yah. Well done @WorriedRelative I the 12’s !!!

i had it at 10 @Weepixie for a little while. Then went and why went higher to 12.5 and 15

a lb a week is average or .5kg

@MabelSpan have you shown pics ?

been so many can’t R.E.M. who has ans hasn’t. But for everyone who has I can see a diff in their pics

Hello everyone. Just catching up after the weekend. WWJ was on Saturday and despite my fears of a big gain it was only 1/2 a pound, so I'm taking that as a win. I'd lost 6lbs over the previous 2 weeks after returning to the gym, so it was always going to settle back down to fannying around a more normal rate.

I wimped out and just drew the final 6.25mg from my old pen. Probably just as well as my stomach was uncomfy, although nothing spectacular happened apart from uncontrollable long and loud burps all evening last night. Thank goodness I was at home and not in public.

weaselyeyes · 24/03/2025 10:01

if this is true @weaselyeyes then why can’t I get into my old clothes of 16

@Blondeshavemorefun because your old size 16s will almost certainly be smaller than anything bought more recently that is size 16, hence you find them harder to fit into. Sizes in general have got bigger. So the good news is it'll be easier for you to fit into a size 12 than it used to be as you lose more weight (although it depends a bit how your personal distribution of weight has changed with age).

Unfortunately the bad news is that what dress size we are is therefore a bit meaningless! It's a nice psychological boost to get into a smaller size (which is why the sizes have got bigger - shops know we're more likely to buy something if it makes us feel thinner because it's a smaller size), but it's not a sensible marker of health. You're better off with BMI for that. So stop judging yourself by your current dress size and congratulate yourself for how much good you've done for your health and looks overall!
