Would anyone like to join me in a mounjaro related challenge for Lent?
I'm giving up chocolate, crisps and sweets to try and break my taste for them (shouldn't be eating them on mj anyway!)
Please come join me on this thread if you'd like to set yourself a challenge too, maybe
- doing 25 squats a day
- Eating 100g protein a day
- Getting 7000 steps a day
- Giving up dairy
- Limiting social media
- Daily meditation
- Etc :)
