When did your loss start to slow down?

i started at 86 the end of dec and i’m now 77 and not lost much in the last 2 weeks but my suppression i feel is still good and don’t eat much.
i have the 5mg mounjaro but so far only used 40 clicks as didn’t want to go up too quickly plus i feel i’m still able to eat little.
Im not near my optimum weight so not really sure as to why the loss slowed down?

On every dose I have been on from 2.5mg to 15mg days 2-4 had the most suppression and I wouldn't eat as much as I did on days 5-7 when the suppression had waned a little. If you take a weekly medication the effects won't be the same for the whole week. As long as I was eating 7-10,000 calories over the week and trying to eat nutritious food every day it was the right dose for me.

I used to record my lowest weight on day 3 or 4 after the jab and often put a little back on before the day 7 weigh in. I used days 5-7 as a chance to listen to my body's full signals, notice what portion size I needed and exercise willpower ready for a post Mounjaro life. (Am still on Mounjaro even though am not trying to lose moire weight - I am practicing maintenance ways of eating now with a view to reducing my dose further)

I've gone from 112kg to 85kg in 4.5 months. It's slow now, 1-2lbs a week, but honestly that's probably better for my skin.

I'm doing a lot of exercise at this point, and so far my skin is doing ok. The one thing I will do the end of this is a boob job!

At the minute I don't know where the end point is, my bmi is 30, so just on the border of obese. I'd really like to get to healthy will room to spare, but I tend to give myself very small milestones.
