How much have you lost and how much do you still have to lose?

Sorry just curious and coming from another thread. I was wondering how much we've all lost so far and left to lose? I'll start

I've lost 3 stone so far and have 3.5 stone left to lose, then it's on to maintenance. Fingers crossed.

24lbs lost
76lbs to go

94 pounds (6st 10lbs or 42.5kg) lost so far.
68 pounds (4st 12lbs or 31kg) to go.

4.5 stone loss
1.5 stone to go.. but maybe a bit more if I manage,
That gets me to the top end of healthy weight..

I've lost 6stone 3lbs and have another 3.5stone to lose to get to my ultimate goal.

What is your plan for maintenance? I’m hoping to stay an on a low dose indefinitely but I’m not sure if this is possible?

@Idunno8 That's my plan too. Yes it's possible. Just use providers that offer maintenance.

4st gone. 2st to go. But my weight loss is so slow now I've practically forgotten about it. To be honest, I'm happy with what I look like in a mirror now, even at a 14-16 - its such and improvement to before. But I shall keep persevering! I have some jeans in a size 11 (?!) that I would like to get back into.

I’ve lost 7 stone 3lbs so far, down from 21st 2 to 13 st 13.

I took my last jab this week and am focusing on maintaining for a couple of months whilst I deal with some health issues (gallstones, iron and B12 deficiency, potential POTS). I’d be happy to drop a pound a week during this time but it’s not a priority.

Health issues have likely been caused by the rapid weight loss rather than the MJ itself but I need to stop taking it if I don’t want to lose any more weight rapidly. I’m too poorly to keep doing that.

I've only been on it for 2 months, so quite a way to go yet.

(I'd actually have to loose another stone on top of this is to be a healthy BMI but happy with my 'only overweight' target, opposed to starting morbidly obese!)

I'll be 13st then which is still outside a healthy BMI, but experience has told me I look ill at much lower than that.
I could probably go to 12st at a push, healthy BMI for me is 10st 7lb!

3 stone down, 1.7 left to go. Which will take me to 23 bmi. 4 months in. Will stay on a maintenance dose when I hit target.

Lost 37 lbs... happy with that, maybe 1 or 2 more but really not going to worry

3st to go ideally - but I'll settle for 2st 7lb as it'll put me in the top end of the healthy weight category.
Started out at 15st.

74lbs total, with about 42lbs of it being on MJ. I was 21st at my highest. Ultimately I want to be in a healthy BMI, which is 9st7 ish but if I can make it to 140lbs/10st loss I will consider this an absolute success. I think the final loss will be dependent on how I look and feel rather than a number.

So far on this thread that's 1279.5 pounds lost. Over 91 stone.

8.5 stone, just under a stone to go now to goal weight. BMI gone from 44 to 25 so very nearly there!
