is one better than the others, give you more or less symptoms , more or less suppression…

I did my first jab on Tuesday and the suppression has completely gone today ( Saturday)

I’ve only ever done stomach so can’t really offer any advice or insight. I don’t pinch, what do the pinchers pinch for? I just find an area on the opposite side as last week and stab away!
muscle is way deeper than the subcutaneous fat, no chance of hitting any in my stomach. With the thighs, do you just aim at the sides or underneath?

I think pinching just gives a good taut piece of flesh to inject in. I didn't pinch at first but 5 stone loss later my tummy is very soft so now I pinch as I just find it easier.

I like to "pinch" to steady the wobbly target! It is less of a pinch and more of a hold, just feels steadier for those really fine needles.

Really pinching is not needed. For those using longer needles e.g. 6mm and/or 8mm, especially when slimmer, Eli Lilly suggest using the skin fold technique I linked to before.

I always bruise, but stomach is the least noticeable for me. Thighs seemed worse and the one time I tried the back of my arm it looked like i’d been in an awful accident!

Last week I tried my stomach for the first time as above - I've still got a sizeable bruise. Much bigger than when I did my thigh in week one. But last night I did my stomach again and no bruising and couldn't feel it. Don't know if I'm getting a better technique with practice...
