My amazing auggies ladies 💖 - another thread and heading for 6mths in !!!

Be proud of us all.

We conquered our first Christmas and many of us sts or lost. Which is a first.

Those who gained it was 1-2lbs (minus the lady who ate her family and gained 18lbs) 😂😂 and the gain has come off

So to a new 2025 - some are getting near their goal and thinking about maintenance

Some still have a way to go to get to their happy weight

Some are on the highest dose of 15

Some are 5 and below

Sorry I am really behind on the thread, haven't been on here much over the last week.

Quick update before I try and catch up. I took 10mg from my bonus dose, had the runs for a day but that could have been the dulcolax having a delayed effect. No other troubling side effects, suppression up a bit but manageable. Time of the month has probably impacted this week, and I am struggling with intermittent constipation, but I weighed in below 87kg this morning. Hopefully that means the plateau has been broken!

Jab day today, going to continue with 10mg. Just need to decide whether to use 10mg from my 7.5mg unopened pen (ordered when I thought 7.5mg was working well) or whether to save it and hope it is still in date when I am ready to move back down.

Well done on the losses. Can't believe how many of you are already nearing goal! Brilliant.

I've finally dipped into another stone bracket today (seems to have taken forever) and so far, 10mg seems to be suiting me. I'm due to order my next pen this week and not sure whether to just get the 12.5 (usually when I order the same dose, I find that after a week it doesn't seem to be having the desired effect).

That's brave of you @Azuresky68 and thank you for the trust. You are frankly gorgeous in them all and you look friendly and open in the pic you hate. I'm sorry that was an awful time for you. Please love all versions of yourself and perhaps it's time your partner knew you're not a natural blond. He surely has an inkling anyway and he sounds sweet.

Sympathy to those with constipation and bad nausea. I'm feeling pretty good on 10mg.
It's exciting to see peeps so close to goal.

Very happy today as I finally see a 13..
13.13 on the scales this morning. That's 4.5 stone loss. Getting there..

I shall now go catch up with this thread as missed a few days of it.
Hope everyone is still a loser, I shall report back ..

Congrats to @morbidcuriosity and @WorriedRelative ! New stone markers and broken plateaus deserve celebration.

I'm feeling awful today. Sulphur burps and far too many toilet visits. Bloated and really sore. Bought some rennie, don't really want to take immodium as guessing the burps are cos food has been in my digestive system too long.

Any suggestions or tips?! Eughhhhhh

@Timetofindme I’ve had sulphur burps when I was on wegovy and it was awful. On reflection it was slightly different foods or drinks that set it off eg orange juice. Didn’t have any remedy at the time but I’ve since seen a lot of suggestions for peppermint capsules which would be worth a try. I have bought some just in case it happens as I remember how awful it was. Hope it passes soon for you.

Thanks @Slimhopes just ordered some on click and collect for totomorrow. I don't think I've eaten anything different but wondering if I ate too much steak and not had enough veg to keep things moving. This is the second time I've had this and last time I think it was a bug but it's really awful. I've not managed much work today

I still don’t feel great. Kinda hungry so not deep suppression but so thirsty and drank lots of water /juice

I don’t think 15 suits me. I will def jab 12.5 on Fri and not do extra 🥲

Me and my fella have a laugh about stuff...he might really know I am not a natural blonde but it doesn't matter...if I say I am off to get my hair done and he says are you getting it coloured I will say in mock surprise .."Whatever do you mean? I am getting it enhanced"

So sorry you aren't feeling great. I am not good at drinking enough water and sometimes get a very dry mouth in the middle of the night. Sounds like you need to go back to 12.5. Hope things improve for you

I usually drink lots so 2/3l a day whether water juice black tea fruit tea etx

not sure what is it - I’m still eating so …….

I always have a fresh bottle of water by my bed and I must have had a few slurps last night as bottle half empty this am

3 days to go and will do 12.5 and see if thirst is any better

Not much to report here. Still feeling pretty anxious but not as bad as it was so hopefully it's easing.

Popped into asda to grab some jeans and couple t shirts as don't want to spend too much money on clothes just yet, but holding them up and thinking no way is that gonna fit to find you actually need a smaller size is just amazing.. so I'm in a happy place today now..

I haven’t eaten anything today at all. Can’t face it at all. I know I need to eat but honestly can’t face it

also have period. Had for a week which is unusual. Usually 4/5 days

they did stop in July when I was 51 but started again maybe oct and back to every 4w

Oh no @Blondeshavemorefun this doesn't sound fun.. maybe go back to 12.5.. some weeks I feel total suppression first couple days on 7.5, but eases by Wednesday normally..

And the period thing I've got the implant and used to no periods, but been having 1 every other month for 2 days, and thankfully very light. Bit annoying, but could be worse. Been checked out and all good though, just mounjaro effecting it apparently..

Suppositories. Best 44p I've spent in a long while 😂😂

I don't usually get periods as have the coil, but I had them the first couple of months of MJ, then nothing and back again last few days. Great fun!

Lots of suppression here and lots of gas for some reason which isn’t great! However, I’m just plodding on as per usual.

DH is working away and DC has dinner at nursery. Normally would get a dominoes or something whilst he’s away, but have a ready meal in the fridge ready for when DC is in bed. Hope it’s nice!
