I like wellgard and particularly Nutrition Geeks for vitamins and supplements - they're both available on amazon so there's a subscribe and save option there (if you can live with Amazon!) or maybe on their own sites I'm not sure.
I don't take magnesium - I've tried the kids gummies for DD in the hope they'd help with her sleep but they did nothing and because she thought they were sweeties she'd mither me for them all day long so we gave up on that! Feels pointless attempting anything to give me better sleep when it's pretty much dictate by her - we're all pretty terrible sleepers in this house now, DD always has been and as a result DH and I have become such light sleepers that even if she gives us a very rare night without her waking up yelling, we both wake up at the drop of a hat anyway. But I use various other supplements from the places above.
Incidentally, the Wellgard collagen is one of the cheapest I've found and I don't believe it does any more or less than any of the others out there. I'm not convinced any of them do anything really but I can't seem to stop myself taking it 'just in case' - plus it also boosts the protein intake for the day so there's that. I also do the Wellgard high fibre gummies. And I've tried some of their probiotics. Then Nutrition Geeks I use their biotin, vit D and K2, plus recently added in their 'iron energy' tablets which also contain vit B12 and folic acid - both of which I was told I was deficient in when I had blood tests at the GP.
My stomach feels a little more settled now though still not brilliant - I did indeed have a bout of the 'D' this morning, but no 'V' fortunately. I've not eaten anything yet today - hopefully it won't get worse!
On the being bored and repetitive food thing - I don't think I've ever really been as strict on the 'clean eating' as some on the MJ journey. I mean I've eaten healthy, home cooked meals - but then I always did really. My issue has always been all the snacking and sugar addiction on top of that. I have far less bread, but still eat pasta/ rice etc though I watch my portion sizes and track everything so I know where I am calorie wise, make sure to up my veg intake as much as possible, and cook from scratch as much as possible - but I'm not ever going to be one to exist on grilled chicken and salad alone and honestly I think I'd rather be fat.
We recently got a 'come back to Gousto' 50% off' offer so ordered a box which arrived yesterday. I like these boxes (when there's a reasonable offer on) as a chance to mix things up a bit when I feel like our meals are getting a bit too samey - no reason why I can't just look up some different recipes and do them without the box, but for some reason I never do that! Chosen relatively healthy options - one isn't great but I think DH will make that for himself and DD on Saturday when I'm out anyway. My friend wants to try it and asked for the referral code so hopefully we'll get one more cheaper box, by which time I'll hopefully have got out of the rut and be ready to try some new things.
Oh also - DH got a 'Raffis' spice kit as a stocking filler from his mum for Christmas, only enough to make one meal but oh my goodness the curry was amazing. It was literally just chicken, fresh tomatoes, onion, pepper, and the spices from this kit plus water (did say to add coconut cream if desired but we didn't have any). Also made some bombay potatoes which were fabulous - I just had a very small portion of those, plus one shop bought poppadom. Poppadom aside - it was a perfectly healthy, balanced, 'clean' meal but tasted like a real treat. Definitely recommend trying them if you come across them anywhere, not sure which supermarket it was from. It was pretty mild our one, even DD ate it, but absolutely full of flavour.
