Second time round experiences in MJ?

I have posted about this previously but still no further forward. I did 3 weeks on 2.5 MJ last summer with zero side effects , lost a few pounds. However after week 3 injection I ended up with several days of horrendous tummy problems which meant a week off work and I didn’t take any more injections. However I have tried and failed to count calories since then and now at a point where I am seriously considering going back on the injections. So my question is- is this a silly decision ? My husband thinks I’m nuts for even considering it. I’m not sure if it was due to my diet or whether it was a build up of magnesium supplements causing the diarrhoea. Or should I just persevere with calorie counting ? I have approx 3 stone to lose. Thanks in advance

I think my post may have been confusing - I meant the different magnesium salts (magnesium oxide/citrate/malate/sulphate etc) when I said different forms not the different formulations (gummy/tablet). You need to look at the gummies you're taking to see which magnesium salt is the active ingredient. Then you can be sure to try a different one.

thanks so much. I knew what you meant too just didn’t word my reply well! I’ve found a couple of different options on amazon so I’m thinking I will try to sort the magnesium side before looking at returning to the injections! It is a total minefield isn’t it
