Do any suppliers NOT contact GP for Mounjaro

Please don't give me any hate. My GP and I do not see eye to eye after they failed me massively and I have a complaint in against them. I am really obese and need help but I don't want any letters going to my GP about starting weight loss injections.

Lots of suppliers make contacting the GP mandatory. Do any not tell them or let you do it yourself? If I can do it myself I will when my complaint is addressed but right now I think my GP would just make life even more difficult. Thank you for any info.

My GP has been informed but there is nothing on my NHS App regarding the medication! So I presume they can’t keep up.

PillSorted asked the name of my GP but I can't see from my online GP account that they have been notified.

Curate don’t. I had a call recently with my surgery and have lost 25kg they asked my weight then asked if it was planned loss and how I did it so curate haven’t told them.

There can be no code sharing under weight loss injections/injection as it was getting ridiculous with the huge volume of code sharing.

Plus it is something the regulators are starting to frown upon.

If you’re not happy with your GP then change surgeries. My GP contacted me a few months ago because new guidance had come out around HRT and mounjaro and so they needed to change my medication. It was a very recent change of guidelines and I wasn’t aware of it.

UK Meds and Mayfair weight loss don't. Or they didnt when I started
