Hi, I’m on my 3rd month of mounjaro and losing weight well, however I switch companies because of the discount for first timers. I’ve just tried ordering from medexpress and uploaded a photo, also a photo of past prescription and they’re telling me ‘no’. Just because I don’t look ‘obese’ anymore, but I’m still overweight and a bmi of 27. What do I do now? Do i get my money back or keep trying? TIA

I've just moved from medexpress to Oushk with a BMI of 23. I did an online consultation with Hira (prescriber/owner) for £5 booked via their website to ensure I could explain my history and goals rather than risk doing the online form and being automatically rejected. I have been accepted and my next pen is on its way.

That is annoying though, I moved to medexpress with a BMI of around 27 from elsewhere but that was 3 months or so ago, I think they've really changed their business model and practises.

Thank you that’s very helpful 😊

Oushk is a safe bet, they also support maintenance which a lot of us are interested in.

If you aren't planning on staying on a low dose in the longer term, you could go with Cloud Pharmacy or Care Pharmacy, who have some of the lower prices I've seen consistently at the mid-high doses (I think both will keep prescribing until at least 25 BMI but they have varying responses when it comes to how long they will do that for)

Medexpress is only good if you can manage to get people to use your code, which has never happened to me 😄so I stopped using them after the first time because while they say they price match, they only apply that as a credit to your next order. So the current order would still be at their full price.

(I have so much to say on this topic 😆)

You can request a price match before ordering. They will credit to your account if approved and it can applied to your order.
Just have to email them beforehand. If you don’t you then have 14 days after ordering to request it.

@MinkaLeDinka why have you resurrected a nearly 4 month old thread to answer a question that had already been answered??
