Italy or France reasonably priced weddings

Would anyone have any suggestions for reasonably priced wedding venues in France, ideally near Milan, Bordeaux, Lyon, or Nice? It would be for ~80 people, have some accommodation attached and ideally have a pool option for a day 2 after party.

Everything i have seen is £££££ but I would definitely consider somewhere more rustic.

One of my cousins got ‘married’ in France but because they were UK residents the couldn’t do the legal Mairie/Town Hall bit there. So had to have a registry office ceremony in the Uk as well. Just something to bear in mind. (Although rules may have changed).

Not yet, ive seen a couple of interesting places though, just not quite in the right location. And one place was 54k for basics :o

£54k for the basics. Sounds like they only want to deal with the rich. Which is fine.

I bet they didn’t mention that there is an inverse correlation between the amount spent on the Wedding Day and the length of time you’re married for?
