I hope someone can help us, we are getting married next Weds, August 27th at 4pm, at the Monmouthshire Register Office, NP15 1GA, it is the most basic ceremony they offer, just a 5-10 minute affair to tick the legal boxes. We want it done with the absolute minimum of fuss, and as such we are not having any friends/family present, just us and our little puppy.
This does give us a problem of finding 2 witnesses to sign the register for us. We were going to try and find someone at county hall on the day who might be prepared to help us, but we were just wondering if there might be anyone local on here who might be able to help us out?
