What did you wear for your registry office wedding?

Hi, I'm getting married in August, in a small intimate registry office wedding. I really don't want a traditional white or long wedding dress.

I have a beautiful red, gold, turquoise, pink, green chinese cheongsam knee length dress that I'd really love to wear but I'm not sure I have the confidence to wear it.
What non traditional outfit did you wear for your registry office wedding?

Believe me when I say it was just what I was wearing for a normal working day! We were supposed to just get married on our lunchbreak and go back to work, but we phoned in sick afterwards and took our witnesses out for a fancy lunch that didn’t end till about 9 that night…

I wore a wedding dress. A sort of understated one but a wedding dress nonetheless.

I think that would look great. What colour hair do you have and what style?

I wore a blue chi chi dress
Not too much but very pretty
