Request for two people to witness our ceremony 30th September Chelsea old town hall

Hoping you guys can work your magic
we are doing our signing wedding ceremony and it’s literally just the signing of documents
we live In Buckinghamshire but the only day/time available is 9:15am in Chelsea
The registry office have said the whole thing will take no more than 10 mins
Is anyone going to be local on the day that can quickly witness our signing
Me and DH have been together 23 years so no fuss needed at all

Do you literally have no one to ask or you just don’t want to? Are you getting married in secret?

yes it’s a secret but also, just a pain to ask people to travel get the day off work
As I said we want no fuss.

getting from Buckinghamshire to Chelsea on Monday morning rush hour also a nightmare
